Job TitleNational Sales Manager - Monitoring and Connected CareJob Description

The National Sales Leader is responsible for managing the sales function across the Monitoring modality to maximize OIT and sales across Private and Government. The role also focuses on building and strengthening channel partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies with channel partners to increase penetration and drive market share of Connected Care business across the nation. The National Sales Leader will also help channel partners build their capabilities in Monitoring modality.


Your role:


  • Manage the Private sales function directly and work closely with the Govt sales team to maximize OIT and sales for Monitoring.
  • Develop clear, achievable strategies and tactical plans based on market segmentation, customer needs, and market conditions.
  • Work with Business teams to execute on product placement strategies and product launch plans in Monitoring modality including supporting marketing strategies.
  • Manage KOL relationships and leverage them to accentuate Philips Brand name
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners using standard criteria. Develop and execute strategies to expand the partner network, recruit new partners, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive partner business development by equipping partners with the skills and knowledge to drive and sustain profitable growth, while managing their performance to achieve OIT and sales targets.
  • Responsible for compliance performance within the region and for reporting compliance issues to the quality & regulatory functions

  • Revenue, OIT , AR Overdue %
  • Profitable Growth (Price Realization)
  • Forecast Accuracy of Sales (Say do ratio)
  • Partner Engagement & Loyalty (Partner NPS, Growth in Loyalty Program)
  • Partner Performance (Order and Sales Growth, inventory management)


You're the right fit if:


  • 10+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating a solid track record in sales and management of sales teams and channel partners
  • Experience in a multi-channel (direct/indirect) environment, preferably within the health tech or related industries, with a strong understanding of the channel partner distribution model
  • Proven experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
