We are looking to hire an experienced National Key Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with the company's key clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, working closely with the marketing team to create sellout focused programs, expand the retail presence in the partner network by identifying right catchment and right stores.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical abilities with complete hands-on knowledge of MS excel and its use to create various reports. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
In addition to above the person should be solution oriented and have a problem-solving attitude towards challenges. Key Account Manager needs to have a pleasing personality to be able to take pressure from partners with a smile and yet be able to provide reasonable solution to them.
