About The Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced National Key Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with the company's key clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, working closely with the marketing team to create sellout focused programs, expand the retail presence in the partner network by identifying right catchment and right stores.


To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical abilities with complete hands-on knowledge of MS excel and its use to create various reports. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.


In addition to above the person should be solution oriented and have a problem-solving attitude towards challenges. Key Account Manager needs to have a pleasing personality to be able to take pressure from partners with a smile and yet be able to provide reasonable solution to them.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage business relationship with large retailers
  • End to end account management - SPOC for all business-related requirement of Key Account
  • Able to plan and execute retail marketing initiatives with the marketing teams of Retailers and Dyson marketing. Understands retail marketing, budgeting and execution
  • Engage with various functions at retailers for smooth business relationships - Operations, Finance, Marketing & SOH teams.
  • Thorough with MS excel to create reports and analyze sales trends & engage with regional sales teams to improve productivity.
  • Create sellout enablers like store manager programs, instore / online visibility, consumer programs to grow sellout.
  • Drive sellout by closely working with the regional sellout team to create sellout team.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
About You:
  • About 10-12 years work ex with a minimum of 5 years in Account management with LFRs.
  • Preference from consumer tech industry, Durables / Appliances or Mobile o
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Thorough hands-on work on Excel and powerpoint
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
