You will be part of our Quality, Safety + Health, Environment, Security (QSHE) team, adding your expertise + skills to delivery of No Harm to people + the environment.
Your Role Your main activities will be to ensure that our QSHE Management System is observed at all levels of the organization. Your Responsibilities
To support with the execution of functional strategies + standards (ISO 14001, 45001).
To ensure compliance to health + safety, environment (HSE) + chain of responsibility legislative requirements.
To conduct risk + gap analysis to validate health + safety/environment system effectiveness while leading the implementation of system + training improvements.
To maintain + coordinate QSHE inductions as well as health, safety + environment training programs.
To keep abreast of current + emerging health, safety + environment/sustainability best practices.
To respond + advise the business + external stakeholders on HSE queries.
To carry out regular site inspections to check procedures + hazard/incident actions are properly implemented + effective.
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in an HS&E role, preferably in the manufacturing or factory industry.
Knowledge and certification in ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 or similar safety management systems.
Experience in conducting training and events related to safety, health, and environment in a warehouse setting.
Strong communication skills, ability to work with employees at all levels, and a positive working attitude.
Open to travel across Pan India for training and events.
