You will be joining our Operational Key Account Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
Your Role You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
To initiate + drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity + operational performance.
To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
To ensure all SOPs, WIs + templates are updated + stored in a shared environment.
