We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NABH Coordinator to join our team. The NABH Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality standards, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of NABH standards and guidelines within the organization
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with NABH requirements
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Provide training and support to staff members on NABH standards and best practices
Prepare and maintain documentation related to NABH accreditation and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of NABH standards
Strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Certification in NABH standards and accreditation is preferred
