Mutifonds Business Support SME

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work as part of a growing Global Business Support team that provides support to a number of applications i.e. Multifonds, WEM, pControl, Confluence, MIG21 globally. This team focuses on production issue resolution, general support and maintenance for the Funds Administration Business and responsible for providing L1 support in a 24/7 environment. The candidate is also be responsible for contributing to the delivery of local, global and strategic Fund Accounting projects for Citi and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• To utilize technical and analytical skills.
• Analyze root-cause of issues reported on various applications and provide solution to operation team in a timely manner.
• To work in partnership with the business to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide support to the Funds Administration business and liaise with the application vendors and technology on their behalf.
• Test vendor/application solutions.
• Liaise with our virtual teams.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Day to day task Management.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a heavy work load together with tight deadlines.
• Quality of work at very high level – coupled with the ability to priorities workloads to meet challenging deadlines.
• A high level of integrity with a commitment to service excellence. 

Knowledge/experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in Fund Accounting domain.
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in any of the following application Multifonds, WEM, pControl, Confluence, MIG21 .

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance / Computer Science / CFA / CA / ICWA.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of all Security types like Equities, Bonds, Repo, CFD, Futures, Options, Bank Debts, SWAPS, Forwards, Spot, etc. trade life cycle, various Corporate Actions and its impact on portfolio.
• Basic SQL.
• Experience in managing operational delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and service commitment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines.
• Must be prepared to work in a shift in line with regions supported including India night shifts
• Innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements
• Strong organizational, networking and management skills
• Multifonds, WEM, pControl, Confluence, MIG21 Accounting System will be advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
