What you’ll do:

• Install, configure, and deploy MSSQL Server instances

  
  

• Manage database security, including user accounts, permissions, and roles

  
  

• Monitor database performance and identify potential bottlenecks

  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues

  
  

• Perform backups and restore operations

  
  

• Script automation tasks using T-SQL and PowerShell

  
  

• HA/DR setup configure and manage (Log shipping, Mirroring, Always on AG, Clustering etc.

  
  

• Document database activities and procedures

  
  

• Work with developers to understand and optimize database queries

  
  

• Stay up-to-date on the latest MSSQL Server technologies and best practices

  
  

What you need to bring:

• 5-7 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA

  
  

• Strong understanding of MSSQL Server architecture and functionality
  Desired Skills :

  
  

• Experience with database performance tuning tools

  
  

• Experience with database HA & DR solutions (Log shipping, Mirroring, Always on AG, Clustering etc.

  
  

• Experience with database migration methodologies

  
  

• Experience with performance monitoring tools

  
  

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  
  

• Experience with T-SQL scripting

  
  

• Working knowledge of database security principles

  
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
