MS Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

• Must have at-least 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).

• Good to have implementation experience with D365 Sales and Service module.

• Dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations and integrations.

• Must have experience with plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, Portals, Ribbon Customization, and complex integrations using APIs.

• Experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS.

• Experience in leveraging the MS Power Platform (Model Driven, Power Automate, Power Portal)

• Extensive experience in the implementation of MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/ API’s (REST, ODATA Web API’s)/SSIS packages and/or connectors.

• Experience in using Azure services(Logic Apps, Azure Functions and etc) for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations.

• Experience in the migration of large complex data sets – specifically data analysis, data cleansing, and data mappings using standard and third-party tools.

• Good to have SSIS, Canvas App, Azure Data Factory implementation experience.

• Good to have experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
