Mobilization roles & responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive handover strategies and plans.
2. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Ensure all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operational manuals, are complete and properly transferred.
4. Organize and conduct handover meetings and training sessions for operational staff.
5. Verify that all systems, equipment, and facilities meet operational requirements and standards.
6. Manage the resolution of any outstanding issues or defects before final handover.
7. Create and maintain handover checklists and progress tracking tools.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
9. Transition planning: Develop a comprehensive plan to transition from the current state to the new IFM model.
10. Service integration: Coordinate the integration of various facility services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, catering) into a cohesive management structure.
11. Technology implementation: Oversee the deployment of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and other relevant technologies.
12. Team structuring: Design and implement the organizational structure for the IFM team.
13. Process development: Create standardized processes and procedures for all integrated services.
14. Vendor onboarding & Cost analysis: Select, negotiate with, and onboard service providers within the IFM framework.
15. Change management: Develop and execute a change management strategy to facilitate smooth transition for all stakeholders.
16. Training coordination: Organize training programs for staff and service providers on new systems and processes.
17. Risk assessment: Identify potential risks in the transition process and develop mitigation strategies.
18. Client engagement: Work closely with the client to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.
19. Compliance assurance: Ensure all regulatory and contractual requirements are met in the new IFM model.
20. Handover planning: Prepare for the smooth transfer of operations to the Campus Lead.
Way forward: Role & responsibility of Campus Lead
1. Operational oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of all integrated facility services
across the campus.
2. Service delivery management: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of all facility
services.
3. Performance management: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for
all integrated services.
4. Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for service
enhancement and cost optimization.
5. Vendor management: Oversee and manage relationships with all service providers within
the IFM model.
6. Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client,
addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
7. Budget management: Oversee the operational budget for all integrated services,
identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
8. Team leadership: Lead and develop the on-site IFM team, fostering a culture of
collaboration and excellence.
9. Technology utilization: Maximize the use of IWMS and other technologies to drive
efficiency and data-driven decision making.
10. Sustainability initiatives: Implement and manage sustainability programs across all
facility services.
11. Emergency and business continuity management: Coordinate responses to emergencies
and ensure business continuity across all services.
12. Compliance management: Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations,
standards, and contractual obligations across all integrated services.
13. Strategic planning: Develop long-term strategies for campus improvement and service
evolution.
14. Change management: Continue to manage and facilitate changes in services, processes,
or technologies as the IFM model evolves.
15. Reporting and analytics: Provide comprehensive reports and insights on the performance
of the integrated facility services to senior management and clients.

Experience:
1. 18-20 years of relevant experience in facility management, property management, or real estate operations
2. 8-12 years in a leadership role managing large-scale properties or campuses.
3. Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
4. Proven track record in client relationship management Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
2. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
