Role Overview:
At dss+, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant. With over 8 years of experience in delivering transformative solutions, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes and driving organizational efficiency. Your ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions will be essential in delivering high-impact projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage D365 F&O projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the performance and functionality of D365 F&O to meet evolving business needs, implementing system enhancements and upgrades as required
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure that system functionality effectively supports business processes
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that D365 F&O adheres to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and maintains system security and data integrity
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate and analyze reports to support strategic business decisions, and develop strategies to leverage data for enhanced business insights
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal teams, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure system effectiveness and user satisfaction
  • Integration & Migration: Oversee data migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft products such as CRM, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure
  • Financial Modules Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge in financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting, and Project Management
  • DevOps & LCS Management: Utilize your strong understanding of DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) management to support system development and maintenance
  • Licensing & Compliance: Manage Dynamics F&O licenses and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) to ensure compliance and operational integrity
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and outcomes
  • Assist in deploying ERP solutions while ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
  • Work closely with financial stakeholders to streamline accounting functions and enhance reporting capabilities using D365
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvements

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.


Certifications (Preferred):


  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
  • Additional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc., are advantageous
