Check at milestone by defining and reviewing the EQM standard for the Metier Scope (deliverables to include & objectives level to reach), Supporting IST to fulfill EQM, Alerts Quality division &/or IAQ in case of disagreement with Metier Coaches IST (PFE & LI) on milestones expectations & makes sure IST will provide the appropriate deliverables & proof elements at milestone. Coaches Metier & checks the good implementation of QC Stories. Conduct periodic EQM process Audit, Provides the data justifying the DQSC-E position at each milestone (either approves EQM or points out the disagreement items) Provide Engineering opinion for OTS To apply 360-degree capitalization process methodology in new projects. QC story verification of QB and OTS concerns.
