Position: - MES Manager (Factory 4.0 Application)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the implementation of MES system using Factory 4.0 technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the deployment of smart manufacturing solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, including vision-setting, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Industry 4.0 to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects related to Factory 4.0 applications, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the integration of IIoT, AI, off shore application, and data analytics into manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project execution.
Technical Expertise:
- Oversee the deployment and management of Ignition SCADA systems and iBaset MES systems to streamline shop floor operations.
- Utilize Full Stack development skills including Java, Angular, and SQL to develop and enhance manufacturing applications.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise with Ignition MES, iBaset MES systems, and Full Stack development (Java, Angular, SQL).
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
