Job Description

Full Stack Architect with CTI. The person will be responsible for iX Hero architecture - both frontend and backend. The key focus will be CTI.

Full Stack Architect will be required to drive the architecture of a critical project at Concentrix. We are looking for a person responsible for architecting a project for +500k users from Customer Experience domain. Integration with telephony platforms (CTI) will be one of most important activities. Technology stack includes MERN and Python.

• 12+ years of experience in product development engineering, Architecture & design, Microservices, DevOps, and Cloud.
• Experience with CTI integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with telephony platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar, and understanding of call handling, routing, and reporting features.
• Strong understanding of telephony systems, VoIP technologies, and CRM integration along with proficiency in CTI software and APIs
• Hands on experience with Python, MERN, REST API & SDK, SQL, NoSQL (Mongo), Git, K8s, Websockets.
• Well versed with design patterns, API, Microservices, etc.
• Experience architecting high impact, reliable, applications in a responsive design.
• Understanding of integration best practices, patterns, data repositories, infrastructure.
• Analytical mindset and ability to grasp complex topics.
• Proven involvement in creating or leading complex integration projects.
• Collaborating closely with a team of software engineers to deliver complex software solutions.
• Working in an agile environment with business stakeholders, product owner, solutions engineer and other software engineers to review and refine stories and execute on them using excellent engineering practices.
