About This Role:

We are actively seeking a seasoned player for a role in the Software Engineering, Platform team. As part of our engineering team, you will be involved in the design architecture, execution  & delivery of the project to the customer with very high quality.

As a Software Engineer at Cohesity, you will get to:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

• 4+ years of experience in software development or data engineering
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Python, or Java(preferably Go).
• Good understanding of distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with software development tools and frameworks, such as Git, etc
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Able to ship high-quality software projects on time
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Easy to collaborate with and a team player

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
