Join a highly motivated engineering team developing and supporting Catapult - the industry leading High-Level Synthesis tool. Catapult is used to design innovative hardware design for machine learning/AI, self-driving cars, augmented and virtual reality and 5G communications. This candidate will focus on C++ front end to perform the language synthesis.

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance new features related to C++/SystemC language synthesis.
- Work with software architecture team members, development and QA teams to perform product design, implementation, defect verification and remedy on application software projects.
- Apply good software development skills to implement maintainable source code changes.
- Work within Scrum team environment to deliver on time commitments within ongoing release cycles.
- Identify opportunities for improving software development processes and procedures.
- Participate in feature specification and design. Provide unit tests and documentation.
Job Qualifications: - We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, combined with 8-12 years of experience in software development.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and demonstrate effective communication skills for conveying code changes.
- Proficiency in C++ and at least one scripting language (such as Perl, JavaScript, or Python) is necessary.
- Additionally, experience with software source control systems (including Perforce, Git, or CVS) is required. Working in a Linux environment
