As a member of an international development organization, You’re part of a development team for electrification in a system integration environment for Marine, Offshore and Process Industry. The Electrification Solutions are part of our integral Electrification, Automation and Digital solutions, which require Know How and background in the respective domains.
This includes development contribution in the AC and DC power grid integration as part of the execution of R&D projects with piloting in the first customer projects includes all technical documentation. Creation of technical documentation is one of your key tasks, either 3D designs with CAD design tools, or specifications of components and descriptions in how to integrate the components.

What You Bring
•Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge
•Communication and presentation skills (English)
•Experienced in working in international development teams
•Professional user of 3D CAD Design tools like NX, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks
•Knowledge of PLM systems such as Teamcenter and SAP tools
•General understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings
•Good knowledge of Tolerancing principles
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Experience with AC and DC switchboards including integration of electrical components according to datasheets and local factory regulations
•Experience with electrical power solutions and electromechanical understanding
•Knowledge with international standards and Class regulations (DNV, ABS, LR etc)
•Collaboration with cross-discipline engineers, and manufacturers to ensure coherence
•Work experience in Marine / Offshore / Process industry is an advantage
•Knowledge with welding, soldering and materials is an advantage
