The Sr. Associate role plays a vital part in managing financial agreements for various pharmaceutical manufacturers ensuring compliance with government and commercial customers. You'll be responsible for analyzing invoice data to identify and prevent potential revenue leakage, ensuring client agreements are met. Strong data analysis, research skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to expand your skillset and potentially take on new responsibilities in other service areas as you gain experience.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

4-Year bachelor’s degree (required)


TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS


(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)


High analytical skills (preferred), ability to work with large datasets (required), skilled in managing multiple client assignments (preferred), effective at managing time and meeting statutory deadlines (required), excellent organizational skills (preferred), ability to adapt to new technologies (preferred), ability to work in Microsoft Excel and Word (required), ability to produce high level deliverables (preferred).


2-4 years of related experience managing and processing high levels of data (preferred), familiarity with pharmaceutical industry (strongly preferred), subject-matter expertise in US government programs (strongly preferred).


Strong written and verbal communication skills (required), ability to make sound decisions under pressure (preferred), ability to communicate with team members at all levels (required), skilled at effectively resolving conflicts (preferred).
