Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive Material Planning and Procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll strategically manage material planning activities, ensuring efficient Procure to Pay processes and master data management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Production, Procurement, and more), deploying performance improvement plans and mastering risk management.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and controlling inventory levels, managing supplier deliveries and risks, and ensuring material availability for various operational requirements. But also, you will lead supplier performance evaluations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize material planning processes.
We’ll look to you for:
Implementing core model processes for material planning and master data accuracy
Managing KPIs for supplier performance and material coverage
Collaborating with procurement for risk management and supplier selection
Leading supplier escalation processes and performance improvement plans
Developing team competencies and managing performance
Adhering to inventory level targets and managing material scheduling

Degree in Engineering (BE or B Tech)
Experience or understanding of Material Planning/Procurement (10-15 years preferred)
Knowledge of SAP – MM Module
Familiarity with supplier management and performance metrics
A certification in Lean Management or similar.
Strong crisis management and inventory planning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
