Could you be the full-time Materials Planning & Logistics Manager in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in material planning and logistics in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll spearhead the optimization of our material planning processes and logistics operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Planning, Production, Procurement, and more), streamline supplier performance management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing cost-effective logistics solutions for domestic and international transport, as well as maintaining accurate master data. You will also lead supplier escalation processes and ensure compliance with our internal standards and external regulations.
We’ll look to you for:
Accuracy in material planning master data and document creation
Regular reviews with Material Planners to monitor supplier and stock performance
Risk assessment and mitigation action planning in collaboration with Procurement
Coordination with stakeholders for timely execution of inbound and outbound flows
Efficient handling of import/export documentation and customs queries
Cost analysis and reduction in freight and logistics operations
Leadership in team performance and competency development

Degree in Engineering from a reputed institution, with a Masters being desirable
15+ Years of Experience in material planning and logistics operations within a manufacturing organization
Proficiency in an ERP system, with SAP knowledge being mandatory
Understanding of international freight forwarding
A certification in Supply Chain or Project Management (desirable)
Skills in materials requirements planning and supplier delivery performance management
Competency in inventory management, transport, distribution, and procurement
