Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and strategic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in ensuring material availability and optimal production planning. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet planning, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain Network, Project Managers, Engineering), coordinate the missing parts anticipation process, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of material demand forecasting and inventory strategy deployment, but also material master data maintenance.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading a diverse group of commodities and potentially managing a small team
Executing production planning in ERP in alignment with Project Planning – MPS
Calculating material demand in ERP based on various planning needs
Determining Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP based on the MRP process
Guiding the anticipation of missing parts and analyzing root causes
Developing planning and inventory strategies based on part characteristics
Maintaining material master data (MRP type, MRP controller, etc.)
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and driving continuous improvement in planning
Ensuring 100% material availability at site and resolving supplier/planning issues

Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
Experience or understanding of production planning and inventory management
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
Familiarity with MRP processes and demand forecasting
A certification in supply chain management would be advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
