Key Responsibilities:


The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across pricing, document handling, SFDC/SAP operations and marketing support. Pricing management involves coordination with factories to gather Transfer Pricing and upload of data into SAP and SFDC. This role is also responsible for preparing price lists and price books annually and collaborate with the APAC team to ensure accurate pricing information. Another key responsibility is managing HSN code coordination by working with factories to collect and update the codes. Document handling involves obtaining and formatting Certificates of Analysis (COA) from multiple factories, which are then shared with the warehouse team. In terms of SAP operations, the role requires coordinating with internal teams to upload products and resolve any system errors, ensuring accurate data by working with Product Managers. Material movement coordination for demo instruments, marketing material etc. The individual also manages authorization letters, preparing and handling them based on requests. Additionally, they oversee the management and uploading of tenders on legal portals and the GEM portal and preparing tender documents. It also supports marketing operations activities like events, lead uploads on SFDC, vendor coordination etc. This role requires strong communication, organization, and coordination skills and ability to efficiently work across multiple teams and systems.


Competencies & Experience Required


  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proven experience of min 3-4 years
  • Capable to work in a cross functional Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently taking full ownership for assigned projects.
