Job DescriptionJob Title: Marketing Shared Service – Team Lead Function: Marketing & Communications  Team: Marketing Shared Services  WFA Profile: P5 We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Shared Services Team Lead to oversee and manage a team responsible for delivering shared marketing services across multiple business units. This leadership role involves driving efficiency, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and optimizing processes to support the marketing function across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of marketing operations. You have a strong know-how of B2B and digital marketing, as well as of communications principles and technique, and a proven track record of success in executing marketing communications campaigns and programs effectively and efficiently. You will drive the full end to end marketing campaigns that combine all marketing capabilities from segmentation, audience profiling, campaign development, optimization and performance marketing – combined with communications programmes for both internal and external audiences.  The successful candidate will participate in collaborative work with leadership teams by setting marketing strategy and execution, supporting sales growth strategies and execution.  Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals within the shared services function, ensuring that team members are aligned with organizational goals and are executing tasks effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing & Comms to ensure efficient delivery of marketing services. Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Implement and optimize processes, systems, and workflows to streamline marketing operations and enhance productivity. Ensure consistency and alignment in messaging, branding, and campaign strategies across various marketing channels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the marketing shared services team, identifying and addressing areas for increased efficiency and performance. Serve as a liaison across the marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and guidance to foster professional growth and achieve departmental goals. QualificationsKey Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing marketing operations. Strong understanding of marketing processes, project management, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in working with marketing automation tools, project management software, and other marketing technologies. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications:
