The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.

As a Marketing and Sales Process Tool Specialist, you will be involved in ensuring the sales team understands andfollowstheprocessofOpportunitymanagementinSalesforce.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting the factory in following up the standard enquiries and opportunities in Salesforce as per process.
DrivetheSalesteamincapturingcorrectdatainsysteminsalesforce.
Ensurethatfactoriesfollowthecorrectprocessesfortherecurringopportunities.
Provide the necessary analytics and insights as required by the M&S team.

Your background:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related discipline.
Minimum 2+ years experience working with Salesforce.com - Classic in Opportunity management. Skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc).
Ability to analyze data using Power Bi , Pivot tables, PowerQuery, PowerPivot.
Strong communication skills. Ability to work during North America time zone hours.
Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an international organization, interfacing with business partners and support groups across the organization.
Strong analytical and research skills.Advanced ability to present analysis reports to relevant stakeholders. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Flexibility on working with teams from different regions.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
