We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Data Operations Manager in Philadelphia, US, the Marketing Operations Analyst is critical in assisting the global Marketing team with ongoing marketing data initiatives. The role is responsible for supporting and expanding the acquisition and reporting of customer, account and user data for use by the global Marketing team.


 About You:  Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or related field 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, primarily working with customer data; IT experience preferred 
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Eloqua and Salesforce (or similar) 
  • Advanced user of MS Excel 
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Wrike (or similar)  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. Very strong attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with structure of B2B customer data 
  • Ability to balance a wide variety of projects and campaigns with varying deadlines- can set priorities and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment 

What will you be doing in this role? 


  • Regular acquisition, formatting and import of customer, account and user data from across the business - and working to expand regular data flow to additional products 
  • Formatting, quality control and import of marketing mailing list and marketing event leads into the marketing database 
  • Maintenance of marketing database data hierarchy in alignment to business and brand changes e.g. picklist maintenance, fixing data exceptions  
  • Marketing database data hygiene, including monthly manual clean up and use of various data standardization techniques e.g. macro codes, lookup tables, contact washing machines 
  • Ad hoc database reporting to identify marketing contacts who match specific criteria  
  • Implementation of project-specific data enhancements e.g. product name changes 

 Hours of Work 


Hybrid work mode and Working Hours: 2pm – 11pm IST 


Work Type: Fixed term contract for 6 months
