Primary Function

Responsible for executional marketing excellence along with Senior, Marketing Manager. Works closely with Marketing team to provide input into the strategy and is accountable for the performance of plans for the category and key brands. The Marketing Manager will lead or play a substantial role along with Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Head in the development and execution of the marketing plans for specific brands as assigned to ensure alignment to the business objectives.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Execution of Affiliate Category and Brand Planning
• Provide adequate support to Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Manager for implementation of global and regional strategies in interpreting, adapting and translate into execution of plans leading to business success.
• Work closely with Marketing Head / Senior Marketing manager in developing strategy and brand activation for key brands
• Execute the roll out of county Marketing activities / campaigns as assigned to achieve Sales Targets. 
• Work in close collaboration with Sales Manager and his department Help in developing programs and projects to meet marketing objectives.
• Responsible for deliverables and execution of such programs as assigned. 
• Educate sales team in the implementation of each cycle
• Adhere to the metrics to track success and identify gaps versus planned outcomes.
• Adapt strategies and plans accordingly.
• Accountable for working closely and partner with marketing members to drive the overall marketing plans and business as assigned.
• Coordination of the production of all support material. 
• Work closely with internal personnel and external agencies involved in the production and final approval of all artwork, and to ensure compliance requirements
• Partner on all the above with local species teams as appropriate (eg sales, TC’s, EKS etc)

Expenditure, Production & Sales Forecasting:

Work closely with the team for  product Forecast Analyze needs and requirements by interacting with customers and sales teams, determining appropriate market research to determine customer needs and to identify competitive pricing.

Customer Centricity:

Develop a deep understanding of the customer and customer needs Manage brand and product pricing, exposure and price control. Provide adequate support in developing and driving customer insights initiatives and acquire market intelligence Spend time in the field (minimum 1 week per month) as needed to support Sales teams, meeting customers and consumers and gathering feedback on a first-hand basis.
