Key responsibilities:-
Core
Driving penetration on online aggregator platforms
Driving efforts across customer funnels in enhancing visibility, engagement, and conversions on online aggregator platforms
Designing monthly action plans & executions to achieve set objectives
Content and aesthetic management to drive brand perception and performance on aggregator platforms
Planning of spends & tracking output measures as an iterative process
Analysis of campaigns and aiding data driven decision making
Lead menu/service offering changes for BWC range
Regional initiatives to increase market share within dessert category
Agency/vendor management for relevant marketing projects
Ensuring hygiene in linking/listing across platforms such as GMB, etc.
ORM/R&R management for online listings across platforms
Marketing activities to generate awareness of new store openings
Additional responsibilities
Be a core team member is devising brand strategies and be a part of GTMs
Identification of consumer insights leading to new products/service packs being designed in conjunction with cross-team stakeholders
End-to-end marketing campaign management for select campaigns
You are expected to have:
Qualification: PGDM (or MBA equivalent) with a strong academic background
4+ years’ experience, with at least 1 year of experience handling a brand performance on online platforms like E-com, Q-com, food aggregators etc.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to mine and analyse data, translate insights into actionable plans
Have an ability to think forward and plan backwards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, Mar-tech initiatives, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
