 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing operations focusing on database building and management.
  
• Lead marketing database-building activities/projects from ideation to execution.
  
• Serve as the single point of contact for branch offices, coordinating marketing and communication plans.
  
• Understand and oversee marketing database flow, including email marketing, leads, and sales synchronization.
  
• Leverage various automation tools to enhance marketing processes.
  
• Conduct thorough market research on-demand to understand brand awareness, promotions, and competitors.
  
• Juggle multiple tasks effectively and consolidate them into insightful KPI dashboards.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in marketing operations across any industry.
  
• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute (No correspondence/online/weekend courses).
  
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable insights.
  
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hoovers, Discover Org, and more.
