As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for a team that drives and delivers all of the above.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing a team of marketers, guiding them in campaign development, digital marketing strategies, and content creation. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends. Define marketing goals, KPIs, and metrics, to measure success and ROI. Adaptability and a proactive approach are key, as you navigate evolving market landscapes and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with focus on organization’s existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team for content and custom materials for various marketing channels. Collaborate with designers, writers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to drive brand loyalty and advocacy. Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance brand reputation and address any issues. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to engage with target audiences.
- Strong leadership is essential for motivating and developing team members, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Having experience of 10-12 Years
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
