Role Description:
As Marketing Lead, for CMD India and South Asia, you will identify new market opportunities, drive growth, execute regional marketing strategies and lead champion planning. You'll collaborate with Business Unit Marketing, APAC Regional Marketing, and Commercial teams to boost revenue and market share. This role demands strategic thinking and a proven track record in market analysis, business development, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
· Conduct high-level market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive dynamics.
· Identify and develop new market opportunities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
· Track and analyze marketing performance metrics for data-driven decision making.
· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure the implementation of high-quality marketing strategies..
· Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align marketing and market development efforts with business goals and drive lead generation.
· Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience:
· 10+ years in marketing/market development with a proven track record in market expansion and achieving business goals.
· Expertise in digital marketing, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
· Strong communication abilities and experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
