●Identify and onboard vendors, including creative agencies, printers, freelancers and other marketing service providers.
●Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and ensure timely payments.
●Act as the point of contact for vendor communications, resolving issues as they arise.
●Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality.
●Maintain project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
●Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, video) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
●Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing calendars and updating campaign trackers.
●Prepare reports and presentations for campaign performance and team updates.
●Support budget tracking and expense management for marketing activities.
●Assist in the execution of campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
●Coordinate asset creation with the creative team and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
●Monitor campaign performance and share key insights with the Marketing Manager.
●Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and partnerships.
●Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
●2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or administrative roles.
●Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
●Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
●Basic understanding of marketing channels (social media, email, paid media).
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and coordinate with internal teams.
