Job Summary: Amazon Pay is seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing executive to join our Offline Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Offline Marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various offline channels.

1. Campaign Support:
o Assist the Offline Marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking offline marketing campaigns, such as promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
o Maintain accurate records, track campaign metrics, and generate reports for performance analysis.
2. Event Management:
o Support the planning and execution of offline events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, attendee management, and on-site support.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to Amazon's branding guidelines.
o Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
o Collect, organize, and analyze data related to offline marketing campaigns and events.
o Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined systems for data tracking and reporting.
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a related field.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis tools.
