Job Title: Marketing Executive


Reports To: General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Sales & Marketing Business Director, Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: A) Marketing
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.


  • Conduct sales and product training for distributors.


  • Perform market surveys, product evaluations, and gather competitor insights and customer feedback for product improvement.


  • Manage product complaints effectively.


  • Organize workshops, product presentations, trade exhibitions, and other promotional activities.


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.


  • Conduct sales analysis to understand market trends.


  • Prepare sales and inventory forecasts.


  • Manage quotations and tender document preparations.


  • Oversee consignment stock management.


  • Regularly visit hospitals and doctors for direct promotion of medical products.


  • Handle digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.


  • Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks.


B) Management
  • Identify and report business opportunities in the target market.


  • Collaborate with the sales team for product launches and promotional programs.


  • Maintain clear records and ensure proper management of samples, marketing materials, and promotional funds.


  • Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance and qualification of new products.


  • Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to the team’s overall success.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience with a proven track record in the medical industry.


  • Self-motivated, independent, and analytical, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.


  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.


  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
