What would you do? The Marketing and Channel Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across multiple channels. This role focuses on optimizing marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless activation across digital and traditional platforms, and enhancing channel performance to maximize business impact. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and digital marketing, to create integrated campaigns and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Develop and execute marketing activation plans across multiple channels, including retail, digital, social media, and partner networks.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to drive customer engagement and increase market penetration.
• Implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and customer insights.
• Manage channel marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all activation touchpoints.
• Support the development of trade marketing strategies to enhance channel partner engagement.
