Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, #InteractionStudio, #Automationstudio etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Provide expert advice on best practices for email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey design
Develop data strategies, data models, and integration solutions for marketing automation
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud #implementations
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and trends
Plan, prioritize and deliver systems enhancements
Communicate at both the business and technical level
Manage project scope and timelines to ensure projects deliverables are on time
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, process maps, and requirements documentation
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem
JIRA Mastery: Serve as the primary administrator and expert user of JIRA, overseeing project management activities, sprint planning, and issue tracking to facilitate efficient collaboration and task management
Demonstrates basic knowledge of business and technical modelling methodologies (e.g., business process modelling, data modelling)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and #automation Studio
Knowledge of #amp script, SSJS, #sql , and Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration best practices
Understanding of #html , #css , and email design principles
Proficiency in marketing automation strategy, database marketing, and data management
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
