As a Senior Associate within our EMEA Marketing Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategy and campaign delivery for Investment Trust and J.P. Morgan Investment Trust Brand campaigns.
- Grow and define the investment trust business aligned with wider marketing objectives.
- Demonstrate experience in marketing financial services products to D2C and B2B audiences.
- Focus on digital-first communications across web, email, social, multimedia, and data management.
- Manage email communications and support the management of Investment Trust websites for EMEA.
- Participate in EMEA Asset Management Editorial Committee and content working groups.
- Work with Business Intelligence to interpret data and drive improvements across digital platforms.
- Support content upload to partner websites and coordinate award entries.
- Collaborate with digital, brand, creative services, social media, and other partners to develop marketing strategies.
- Advocate for and represent the roadmap to stakeholder groups, building relationships and buy-in.
- Compile marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- At least 6years of experience in the financial services industry with a track record of success.
- Strategic vision and management acumen to drive success.
- Experience liaising with regulatory, compliance, publishing, and digital marketing functions.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong project management and editorial skills.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and user-centric delivery.
- Proven team player with strong influencing and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Exposure to Financial Services - Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Retail Banking.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Workfront (or similar).
