Business Information: The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Mission Statement: As a Marketing & Sales Analyst you will support the Marketing and Sales Operations team with the necessary analytical and process support for the effective implementation of M&S process and policies. Your Responsibilities: Liaise with Market & Business Visibility team in M&S Operations, to view the processes, transactions and determine how well processes are running, and whether they are delivering maximum value accurately and completely to the business. Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited to Power BI, Salesforce.com reports and Dashboards) for the Marketing & Sales stakeholders. Supports in training the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness. Perform analysis and develops recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities and valuable insights across the data sources, Manage user access permissions and access rights to files, systems, and services. In close collaboration with Process Governance Managers (PGM) and a network business stakeholder across the organization provide support in process design, analysis, and process flow creation for the development of end-to-end business scenarios and specified use cases. Define and document existing, new, and changed business requirements and user stories. Create and update process documentation validated with BUs and key stakeholders. Support PGMs with deep-dive analysis of applications, system functions and features from business process perspective. Support ensuring close collaboration with PGMs and Business Process Owners (BPO) to achieve both downstream and upstream process integration to ensure efficient end-to-end CPQ process architecture without break in the information flow. Support PGMs to ensure that comprehensive training material is available and fully updated according to latest process requirements/changes. Your Background: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from reputed university. Minimum 5-10 Years of experience as Business Analyst. Experience in extracting and analyzing data. Affinity to figures and IT-solutions. Strong skills in Excel / Power Point / SharePoint / PowerBI. Advanced knowledge on Hitachi Energy tools such as Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus are of advantage. Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
