We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Market Security Services Transformation – Programme Management Officer

Principal responsibilities

• The PMO(Programme Management Officer) role works closely with one or more Global Markets Programme Managers, to support programme planning
• Workstream facilitation for complex projects of varying scale from project definition to closure, while proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
• The PMO((Programme Management Officer)) will perform a number of tasks to ensure efficient project execution to agreed delivery timelines.
• Supporting the delivery of MSS(Market Security Services) Programmes through the utilization of appropriate project management tools and templates in line with the HSBC Change Framework
• Supporting the production of standard project & programme reporting and insights, such as PSC(Port State Control) and Working Group slide decks
• Milestone management in Clarity, including collation of completion evidence and storage
• Managing day to day operational aspects of the programme such as:
• Embody a culture of high performance through continual focus on improving efficiency and highlighting areas of under-performance
• Help embed best practice principles through the wider MSS(Market Security Services) Transformation portfolio
