Purpose of the Role : Trusted advisor to Zone Leader and management team on commercial strategy, Go to Market and impactful analytics that guides market actions.

Key areas of responsibilities
Works closely with zone leader on zone strategic initiatives and deployment in line with management team’s top performance priorities
Influences and facilitates development of customer value propositions that span modalities and incorporates the ISC zone eco-system of HIC and PIC including Localization
Accountable for providing insights into GTM and commercial strategy – including business analytics support to ensure the commercial team focuses on “where to play”
Works closely with Business Excellence team on key transformation and improvement projects for the zone
Responsible for deployment of relevant global and local programs
Key performance indicators
Key projects which have been identified, delivered on time, with the agreed upon outcomes.
Provide agreed upon commercial metrics with accuracy and on time.
Provide the related analytics to the zone leader to enable decision making.
Mirror zone leaders commercial metrics on OIT, revenue, win rate etc
Support / lead initiatives like GTM, development of value propositions etc
