What you’ll do
The IT Deployment Specialist works on the deployment activities for the applications, devices and products which have been developed, testing and ensuring readiness for the operational environment, including overall release management. The IT Deployment Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in the integration and flow of the application/product gained through extensive practical experience and delivers end-to-end application testing, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and released properly into the production systems. Typically reports to the IT Deployment Manager or Senior IT Deployment Team Leader.

Job Description
ØResponsible for the Service Design (Support Model, SLA, KPIs, Non-Functional Requirements)
ØAccountable for definition and implementation of meaningful Service Reports
ØAccountable for defined SLAs though the service Lifecycle
ØAccountable for changes in Production environment
ØInitiate Service Improvements based on identified Problems, (customer) insights from the collected data
ØMonitor Customer Experience of through available channels to identify the service improvement opportunities
ØAccountable for regular Service Level achievements reviews with Stakeholders
ØService Single Point of Contact for key stakeholders and first level of escalation for operational issues


Must Skills
1.Customer advocate – Continuously identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience (using the service, creating views from passive probes, scanning through social media,…)
2.Service Ownership  - Management and execution of SLAs, notification and escalation processes
3.Service Ownerhsip – Single Point of Contact for service clarifications
4.Leadership – Ability to drive collaboration of  cross-functional teams, ensuring a end to end „service mentality“ through the entire delivery chain.
