What you’ll do Pega CDH tester:
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Pega CDH implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega CDH solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Clearly document what has been tested and how so this can be played back to stakeholders
• Fix and track identified defects through to resolution. Conduct retests after issues are resolved
• Expert in Pega application and end to end test process. Have experience of application/API testing & simulation testing
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools
Coordination and Communication:
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Clear communicator - ability to write and communicate test scenarios as well as be able to proactively identify and fix issues
Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Automation and Continuous Improvement:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall quality and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and quality assurance, and apply them to improve testing practices.

Additionally knowledge on tools like PAL, DB Trace, Profiler, Guardrail Tool, Unit Test, and Tracer Log & Alert Review to support testing and quality assurance efforts
