Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, innovative applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Perform code reviews to ensure application quality and performance.
• Pinpoint areas within the application that are experiencing performance issues and optimize them to enhance overall efficiency.
• Identify threats during interface development and recommend measures based on Vodafone's cybersecurity guidelines.
• Serve as a security champion and document best practices from a security perspective.
• Mentor junior system architects and developers on Pega development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Pega CSSA certification with at least 7 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Pega PRPC and system architectures.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively.
• Proven track record in software development, system architecture, and security champion roles.

• Preferred Skills:

  
  
• Experience with CDH real time APIs and decisioning artifacts.
• Experience with Pega CDH Framework with a focus on dataflow and process flows.
• Knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks, including SAFe Agile.
