Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact

Experienced leading teams through the delivery of business outcomes from a Directorate Wide Digital Transformation
Deep experience of Change Management tools and methodology (i.e.: sponsor roadmap, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, communications plan)
Strong experience working on AGILE and Waterfall projects and familiarity of tools such as SCRUM, KANBAN and IIRA
Degree qualified or Proven track record
Understanding of telecoms – products, services and process design
Understanding of financials – costs, benefits
Understanding of data modelling and data based solutions
Certifications – APMG Change Mgmt. or similar
Dotted reports: none yet – Change Agent Network will be developed across Networks
Direct reports: rising to 5 direct reports and consulting partners practicing Change mgmt.. across the portfolio
