6-8 years’ experience in IT /Software sector with minimum 3-5 years in quality assurance’s.
Post-Graduation / Graduation
Must have handled Internal and external Quality Management Certification or customer audits
Certification ITILv4, ISO 20000-1, SAFe, Agile, PMP/Prince2
Candidate should be well versed in conducting audits and SQA reviews for delivery processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
QA Audits & Trainings
Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence and compliance to defined and applicable IQMS & Business processes.
(CMMi, TMMI, Agile, DevOps, CI-CT-CD pipelines)
Review service specific process tailoring requirements (identified by Service Delivery teams for their business context) (Handing exception trackers, kind of deviation)
Conduct process Trainings for Delivery Teams
(Conduct trainings on Methodologies, Agile, DevOps, etc)
Project Management
QA Reviews
Ability to review delivery processes from performance perspective and identify Risks , Gaps and improvement opportunities (Project Risk Management)
Ability to analyze data of services (Incident/ Service request etc.) and determine trends. (Incident management, Tickets, SR, etc, as per SOPs, ITIL, ITSM, etc
Process flow analysis to identify value added and non-value added activities and suggest improvements
Work as partners with Delivery team and help them achieve Quality objectives
