Monitoring of MIS / Dashboard  / Document management/SOP adherence
of Team/KPI Monitoring & Review Mechanism



Inventory accuracy/ WMS to be maintained without any deviation, Monthly
 Review of inventory and observation/Variances report to review monthly with
 Management.



Trainings on Operations/SOP/Material Handling etc. Upskilling and
development of employees (Outsource + On roll)



No debit notes from customer on account of failure of SOP
(Ensure there are no financial impact to the company)



Ensure timely submission of Billing data Occupancy + Throughput
or any other reimbursement data to finance team for billing along with necessary
approvals from customer (1st Working day of Month). Ensure no revenue leakages.



Ensure the vendor / Service partner billing submission on
or before 10th of every month



Tracking of Customers/Vendors agreement and timely renewal



Warehouse Internal/External Audit's observation/Nc's closure on time.

Operation Excellence
and Cost Optimization


Define & implement concrete cost optimization projects with cost benefit
analysis and project tracking



Warehouse Productivity report details by ensuring the optimum utilization
of deployed resources (Like, Manpower, MHE's, Space etc.).
 Monthly Review and submission of report on or before 15th every month for
Previous month.



Continuous Improvement, monthly review of new initiatives and improvement
points. Introduction & Implementation of 5s / Kaizen program at warehouse.

Customer Satisfaction
 and relationship
management


Ensure the submission of all the Customers MIS, Operation review data, KPI,
SLA, customer review data with 100% accuracy (with high Data Quality).
Tracking of all such report and data.



Achievement of Customer KPIs as discussed and agreed in the Customer
Contract/SOP/KPI



Reduction in complaints, reduction in the agreed TAT, improved productivity



Monthly review with the customer at agreed periodicals



Tracking and Review of Customer complaints and monitoring the Implementation of
CAPA

Health, Safety and Wellbeing warehouse Compliance- 100% upkeep of aesthetic value of infrastructure


HSSEQ - 100% compliance to health, safety and security requirements



Zero Deviations in Audit Reports



Review of Incident and Near miss reporting.  Ensure to adhere the company
 polices (i.e. HSE, QMS, PPE,  Disciplinary polices etc.)



Maintaining all test certificates for MHE's, fitness certificate for hydrants &
sprinklers, beam detectors and other warehouse infrastructure ( HDR , Electrical , DG )

100% adherence to laid down compliances


Legal - 100% compliance to Legal statutory, Gram Panchayat and timely
renewal of RC, other legal requirements  ( PCB / S&E , FASSI , FDA ,
 Weights and measurement , DG Installations permission etc. )



Finance related compliance - 100% compliance to Minimum wages act PF/
Gratuity/ Bonus and other Licenses (as applicable) to be in place






       Academic Qualifications:


  • 10 to 12 Years in similar industry (Warehousing Operations) Chemical Warehouse / FMCG / FMCD / Retail Operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly adept in email correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation

          Any ERP / MS office / Power Point
