Responsibilities Assist in Data Management: Support the sourcing, organizing, and maintenance of ESG and sustainability data. Data Quality Assurance: Help ensure data integrity, completeness, and readiness for audits by reviewing and validating data entries. Support Reporting Requirements: Contribute to data preparation for reporting to organizations such as CDP, EMF, GRI, and BIER. Ad-hoc Data Analysis: Assist in performing statistical analysis and managing data inputs for the business needs. Documentation: Maintain data governance documents and update processes as needed. Third-Party Verification: Support the process of independent, third-party data verification to ensure data reliability. Peer Analysis: Help gather and analyze information on peer Pep+ goals and performance. Presentation Support: Assist in preparing analysis and data for senior management presentations related to pep+ metrics. Collaboration: Work with sector data analysts to ensure accurate data collection and validation. Qualifications Graduate in engineering or Business Management or information technology (B.Com Computers, MBA, B-Tech with relevant experience) 7-9 years of experience in Business reporting, Sustainability KPI reporting, Supply chain Advanced level of proficiency in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint and PowerApps) 1-2 years of experience of SQL, Power BI, and Tableau Excellent data analytical skills with ability to connect data to actional insights. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management.
