We are looking for an experienced supply chain technology manager who has demonstrated capabilities building a specialized supply chain delivery team, preferably around o9 technology, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to solve critical supply chain problems. The ideal candidate is a leader who manages business stakeholder relationships, delivers technology solutions enabling business capabilities, and will be part of the Global Supply Chain - technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build internal o9 technology center of excellence (COE) practice in Levi’s GCC India
• Hire and mentor team members to fit the COE framework
• Co-create delivery framework in collaboration with the business enabling rapid solutions on the o9 platform
• Deliver permitted functional customizations to vendor products and whitespace solutions where vendor capabilities don’t exist
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, and solutions architects on best possible solution for a given business problem and implement the solution with right technology
• Facilitate architecture reviews, design reviews, functional configuration, documentation activities on projects
• Collaborate with delivery managers on sprint planning, build and testing estimations, deployment and operational handoff to the support team
• Collaborate with product managers and business SME to capture precise business requirements and provide guidance on solution roadmap
• Manage and mentor COE team of techno functional engineers responsible to implement state of the art supply chain solutions
• perform configuration, FSD writing, FUT, SIT, and UAT testing as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technology field
• 10+ years of relevant experience leading and implementing supply chain solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing o9 technology solutions
• Experience building, leading teams, and managing large cross functional stake holders on enterprise scale projects
• Experience in supply chain business analysis, LP, forecasting algorithms, predictive modelling, constrained/unconstrained solvers
• Algorithmic design thinking, effective business process engineering & problem solving
• Relevancy with skills like SQL, R, IBPL, Python, advanced Excel, and ability to learn and apply technology in building and managing applications
• Demonstrated ability to work with external vendor partners and global cross functional teams
• Experience with retail supply planning, demand planning, IBP, S&OP, S &OE, Inventory management and replenishment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
