Overview:
We seek a seasoned Manager with hands-on experience in software development and DevOps. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products on time. This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices. As a leader, you will mentor teams, foster innovation, and collaborate with senior leaders to implement best practices across the organization. .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of software development, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
Implement and manage monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and ensure adherence to DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
Manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Act as a mentor for team, guiding project planning, execution, and technical decision-making.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with development processes and industry standards.
Collaborate with senior management to align strategies and drive continuous process improvement.
Oversee workforce allocation, providing guidance on resource management, technical coaching, and employee development.
Manage performance reviews, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Foster innovation by exploring emerging technologies like AI, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
Ensure adherence to configuration management and change control processes.
Skill Required :
Proven experience in software development with .NET, C#, SQL, Cosmos DB, and related technologies.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, ADO, Jira).
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Educational Qualification: - BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or any other equivalent degree.
