Job Title









Manager, Software Development (C#, .NET, Angular)
  • Education & Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with hands-on development and exposure to advanced C# concepts, .NET framework and design patterns.
  • Technical Skills
  • 10+ Years experience delivering robust web-based products applications, using Microsoft tech stack including C#, .NET MVC, WEB API, .NET CORE, SQL SERVER, and Angular.
  • Azure (or any Cloud) industry expertise "to facilitate Cloud Migration" to lead cloud migration and post – optimization. Azure Devop ops and services.
  • Understand Distributed systems
  • Decoupled applications plugged-in a scalable network
  • Resiliency, Caching, Queuing, Serializing
  • Decoupled and distributed database
  • Deployment, Monitoring and logging best practices and available tools like SPLUNK, Kibana, SWB, Jenkins, Airflow etc.
  • Good understanding of SOLID design principles and help team in designing and provide architectural diagrams for new requests
  • Able to handle complex use-cases and dependencies
  • Knowledge on containerization (Docker & Kubernetes) and services like AKS(Azure)/EKS(AWS)
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
  • Mentorship skills and stakeholder management
  • API expertise - various protocol - REST, Open API, Throttling, limiting, security, monitoring etc.
  • Expert in software designing and strong problem-solving skills using design patterns
  • Awareness in static analysis tool and improving software quality together with team.
  • Experience with DB [at least 2 among embedded (e.g. SQLite), client-server (e.g. oracle), NoSQL distributed (e.g. mongo, couchDB)]
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements (NFR) and/or underlying technologies impacting final solution
  • Experience de-coupling monoliths to micro-service architecture.
  • You should be able to self-manage the complex modules 

Common accountabilities:
- Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams of employees. Influences the resource, budget and policy planning and sets concrete development plans for the team members.​
- Has a mid/long-term vision of the activity and the business, influences the department's strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment. Exposed to complex decision making. ​
- Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions, escalating issues only when necessary.
Specific accountabilities:
Accountability / Business acumen
- Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives
- Report on team activities
- Be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function
- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans
- Moderate budgetary impact on business
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance from senior manager
Technical excellence
- Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
Communication
Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information
