Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Planning and Turnkey Department. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and financial objectives. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring projects meet the highest quality standards while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. The primary responsibilities for this position are to provide Site Planning support to Sales force and Customers, and to coordinate construction services provided to customers under the Site Solutions services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the Planning and Construction Department, aligning projects with the organization’s strategic vision.
• Ensure that all construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget & in line with company standards.
• Oversee the entire planning process, including feasibility studies, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.
• Ensure that safety protocols, quality control measures, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to.
• Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Approve project expenditures and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with finance teams to manage financial risk and ensure alignment with the organization’s financial goals.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting risks, challenges, and key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, safety guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct audits and ensure that project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role is preferred.
• Experience in the design of facilities and installation of equipment related to Medical Radiation Oncology or other high-tech equipment will be highly preferred.
• General knowledge of construction code and/or government radiation regulations is required. Experience in preparing and reviewing construction documents and in construction management projects is highly desired.
• Excellent financial management skills, with experience overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance in construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• PMI certification is desired

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based, with regular visits to customer sites.

• Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken.

• Must be mature and tactful, articulate, and skilled in interpersonal communication.

• Willing to travel extensively.

• Willing to work normal and non-normal hours as required supporting the customers.

• Excellent skills in applying health & safety regulations to job holder's work

  environment.
