Job DescriptionYour CareerPalo Alto Networks is looking for a highly motivated senior financial professional who is interested to play a key role in the development of the India accounting function.The COE Business Manager will wear multiple hats and is responsible for managing the COE budget, is responsible for value realization tracking benefits, costs and risks associated with COE project initiatives and is responsible for managing the 3rd party contract financials and performance metricsYour ImpactBudgetSupports budgeting and planning for the COE and works with FP&A business partner Integrates transformation project value realization into the overall COE budget and is sometimes responsible for value management3rd Party ManagementShould support vendor management through managing the contract’s financialsDefine and track 3rd party performance metrics Value RealizationDefine the value creation projects for the finance organizationPrioritise projects (using NPV or other analysis) and build project plan for implementation with multi-year/cross-fiscal year projects needing special attention to drive alignment across calendar/planning timelinesOverseeing the value capture for COE initiatives, ensuring the project teams progress towards goals, providing guidance, and offering training opportunities to junior employees to boost their skills and performanceExecute on project plan and track value creation achieved by each project - Adjust future projects based on analyzed expected vs achieved resultsCollaborate with senior leaders and other departments to align strategies and implement new, improved processes within the value capture ownersQualificationsYour ExperienceBA/BS in Commerce, an MBA or similar Accounting / Finance degree (or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience)Certification as a Chartered Accountant is a plus10+ overall years of experience with time within a US headquartered global Fortune 500 company, preferably within the high tech industry5+ years of experience in a management role within a large scale shared services / COE / GBS / BPO environmentknowledge of SAP S4 HANA, Ariba, Concur and AppZenAdvanced spreadsheet and presentation skill with experience of BI toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationReal passion for continuous improvement of systems and processesAdditional InformationIs role eligible for Immigration Sponsorship?
